Job summary

Une entreprise de technologie recherche un Technical Support Officer pour son Samsung Service Centre. Le candidat sera responsable d'offrir un support client, de résoudre des problèmes techniques et de diagnostiquer des problèmes matériels et logiciels. La position nécessite une expérience en assistance technique et une volonté de travailler selon un horaire rotatif, y compris les week-ends et les jours fériés.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing technical support.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of Samsung products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client support and resolve technical issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Perform onsite service at client locations.

Technical Support Officer – Samsung Service Centre

Responsibility
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and repairing devices.
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
• Perform onsite service at clients’ locations as and when required.
• To undertake any-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Knowledge in Samsung products will be an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
• Applicants must be willing to work in 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
