TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER FOR IVD PRODUCTS - KALIMANTAN

PT Sumbermitra Agungjaya is the sole agent of medical equipment products, laboratory information systems, consumables, and reagents for clinical laboratories from several manufacturers in Japan, Europe, and China.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for IVD products.
2. Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
3. Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage.
4. Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve product-related issues.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience as a Technical Support Officer.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
3. Availability to travel as required.
4. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check.
