Job summary

PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Technical Support – Mandarin Speaker in North Jakarta. The candidate will provide on-site technical service and monitor production processes, communicating in Mandarin with customer staff.

The role requires a chemistry-related degree, strong Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams on issue resolution and continuous improvement. On-site work at customer locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Chemistry, S1 in Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Good Mandarin communication and reading skills.
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and paint/coating processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
