Job description

1. Provide first layer technical support for customers in the areas of Network, Firewall, Endpoint Security, Virtualization, and Backup Solutions.

2. Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions to demonstrate technical feasibility and product fit for client environments.

3. Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of security solutions.

4. Troubleshoot network and security issues including Routing & Switching, NAT, LDAP, and Active Directory.

5. Work closely with Presales to ensure proper handover and implementation based on project scope.

6. Maintain documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and customer environments.

7. Keep updated with security product knowledge and maintain certifications to support technical excellence.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.

2. 1–2 years of working experience in technical support roles.

3. Proficient in English, both oral and written.

4. Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Firewall, Endpoint Security, Gateway Security, Proxy, DNS, Web Server, Routing & Switching, NAT, LDAP, Active Directory, and Virtualization.

5. Willing to work in Surabaya.
