Job description

Job Descriptions:
  1. Coordinate with Customer Support Team and other commercial stakeholders by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  2. Provide technical support and win-win solution to customers for any issues that arise with the use of our products
  3. Coordinate with Product and Engineering Team to resolve product problems
Requirements/Qualifications:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Information System, Computer Science, or equivalent
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Have basic knowledge in HR Software and/or HR Information System
  4. Knowledge in Tax will be a plus point
  5. Familiar with Database & HR product will be a plus point
  6. Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
