Job description

Job Responsibility

• Lead /encourage and support the development of all QC/QA team to achieve their maximum potential.
• Assist in maintaining and updating quality management system documents ISO9001:2015.
• Maintain all relevant quality certifications (SIRIM, JKR.....)
• Prepare and organize quality records, including in-process inspection records and finished product cable test reports.
• Conduct quality checks during production to ensure process compliance and product consistency.
• Monitor incoming & outgoing of the goods inclusive of the inspection of quantity.
• Coordinate with production teams to monitor and control in-process quality issues.
• Support final inspection activities and ensure test reports are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Perform sample quality testing based on product and customer requirements (e.g. tensile strength, dimensions, insulation resistance).
• Assist in preparing and testing cable samples for customer evaluation, approval, or certification.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and quality records.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
• 5-7 yearsâ experience in Manufacturing Industry or related role is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
