Our client, a leading U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, is renowned for its extensive and innovative product range.

Design and implement sales promotion plans to meet business objectives.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement action plans that align with sales targets and strategy.

Recognize customer needs and opportunities to foster profitable business growth.

Oversee accounts receivable to reduce overdue payments and bad debt risks, while meeting financial targets.

Provide precise sales forecasts to avoid inventory problems and aid in production planning.

Create timely reports on individual customer visits and compile monthly summaries of sales revenue, accounts receivable status, and industry trends.

Carry out market surveys, update customer profiles, and pinpoint new potential clients.

Cultivate and expand new business opportunities and customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Civil Engineering or with equivalent industry experience.

Preferred 1-2 years of hands-on experience in technical sales related to waterproofing applications.

Experience with multinational corporations (MNCs) is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in English.

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
