You are

• Organised, you prioritise your tasks efficiently and reduce response times.

You will

• Be responsible for the operation of the resort's equipment, materials and infrastructure (300 to 1500 people).
• Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors of around 20 people.
• Manage preventive and curative operations for equipment and propose technical improvements or solutions.
• Evaluate the costs of maintenance work and be responsible for the validation and qualification procedures for equipment.
• Prevent operating incidents and monitor technology.
• Manage your budget and guarantee the economic results of the service.
• Apply and respect Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets.
• Maintain good relations with the authorities, owners, safety commissions.
• Unite and motivate the teams around defined objectives and support them in their development.
