Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan en Indonésie recherche un Technical Services Executive pour garantir l'approbation des produits et la satisfaction des clients dans le domaine de l'asphalte et des bitumes. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie et une expérience de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire, avec des compétences en gestion et en leadership. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse des retours clients, de la solution technique et de la coordination de projets avec des parties prenantes.

Qualifications

• Min 3 années d'expérience dans le domaine concerné.
• Fluent en anglais et familiarisé avec ISO 9001 & 17025.

Technical Services Executive - Palembang

• Ensure the product approval from related parties (Consultant, road authorities, project owners, third party laboratories etc). Ensure the success of the trial (detailed preliminary survey, risk analysis, training of the contractor, road/industrial equipment readiness, pre-trials, etc).
• Gather customer feedbacks and check ways of improvement (if any). Provide support to sales to continuously ensure perfect application and full satisfaction from the contractors/customers.
• Establishment of customer complain form (and maintain the recorded), site troubleshooting, proposal of technical solutions and report to superior.
• Report on a regular basis on current project progress and customer level of satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Civil, Chemical or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experts in quality control of asphalt/bitumen and emulsion products.
• Deep road construction techniques and construction materials knowledge
• Fluent in English and computer literacy.
• Management and Leadership skills.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 & 17025.
• Must have a car driving license (SIM A).
