Job summary

An international packaging machinery manufacturer is seeking a Technical Services professional in Indonesia. The role includes providing technical services for meat preparation, packaging machinery, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular visits. Candidates should have a background in engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluent communication in English and Bahasa is required, and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years’ experience in technical/service in food processing industry.
• Must have Driving License C (Motor) & A (Car).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Technical & Services of MULTIVAC products.
• Perform Installations & Commissioning of processing & packaging machines.
• Visit customers regularly to ensure successful collaboration.

Qualifications

Min Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or Food Technology

Preferably min 2 years’ experience in technical / service experience related on food processing industry also with packaging equipment, Meat Processing machine, bakery machine. and other food processing machines.

Good Physically and spiritually healthy

Honest and have a good attitude.

Have good understanding of Food processing and Packaging in Indonesia Area, Food processing will be meat processing, Poultry, Fish Processing, also fruit vegetable, ready meal & Bakery process, understanding will be a plus.

Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Can work as a team and as individual.

Able to be working overtime, able to be traveling domestic and overseas.

Have Driving License C (Motor) & A (Car).

Good negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative personality.

Good communication skill and maintain relationship with client.

Excellent written and good verbal communication skills on both English and Bahasa. Chinese will be a plus.

Computer Skill, Proficient using Microsoft Office applications with the advanced Word, Excel, and Power Point skills.

HARD WORKER, strong analytical & experienced in services handling.

Must stay in Greater East or Central Java area.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Technical & Services of our MULTIVAC Group products and partners namely Meat Preparation and Processing Machinery, Bakery Machinery, & Packaging Machine.

High Motivation & desire to learn about food machinery & Packaging technology.

Responsible to do Installations & Commissioning processing & packaging machine.

Visit customers on regular basis and ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.

Responsible to take care all of Machine Installations in All Indonesia Area.

Have motivated to be a trainer skill.

Experience to hands on Troubleshoot Experiences.

Reports to Indonesia Technical Services Manager.
