Job Description
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with authorized third-party service providers.
- Delivering technical guidance and support to customers.
- Ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution during the initial service visit.
- Escalating unresolved or complex issues through appropriate channels.
- Tracking and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assessing and addressing training requirements for support teams, sales personnel, clients, plumbers, and MEP contractors.
- Creating and enforcing technical support standards, policies, and procedures.
- Staying informed on the latest technological advancements and product updates.
- Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts identification, pricing, stock audits, and replenishment.
- Collaborating with distributor technicians to track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational company.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
