Job Description
  • Identifying and establishing partnerships with authorized third-party service providers.
  • Delivering technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution during the initial service visit.
  • Escalating unresolved or complex issues through appropriate channels.
  • Tracking and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing and addressing training requirements for support teams, sales personnel, clients, plumbers, and MEP contractors.
  • Creating and enforcing technical support standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Staying informed on the latest technological advancements and product updates.
  • Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts identification, pricing, stock audits, and replenishment.
  • Collaborating with distributor technicians to track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
