JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
- Sales
- Develop and execute sales plan to achieve sales targets
- Introduce Rich's products and applications to customers
- Consult and guide customers to effectively use products of Rich
- Identifies, prioritizes, and executes against accounts/prospects articulated in the sales plans
- Understand customers’ needs and create value-add product solutions
- Sales management including distributors, wholesalers, brokers and end users management
- Tailors product mix and solutions to grow account volumes and profitability
- Responsible for Foodservice development and ensure the volume growth
- Uses solution selling to expand product mix and volumes
- Develop and expand new customers base
- Leverages the relationships and knowledge of peers to identify and secure new accounts to achieve overall “new business” targets and objectives
- Assist with product launches
- Products demonstrations
- Execute promotional activities to increase sales volume
- Address customer concerns with empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Help to co-ordinate the relationship between distributors & wholesalers/outlets
- Value-Add Services
- Provide technical service to customers and outlets
- Support and Provide service on new outlet opening
- Deliver new application to potential customers
- Support customers to develop new applications
- Participate in trade show as needed
- Drive the Rich Experience
- Build industry relationships
- Provide regular report on work arrangement, customer information, competitor information and others as required
- Develop an understanding of the markets and trends to drive sales
- Continuously learn new sales skills & technology to drive sales performance
- Adhere to local government requirements/restrictions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in similar role in a related industry
- Min. Diploma Degree graduate, major in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage
- Demonstrated skills as a Pastry/Culinary Chef or Barista is highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to commit customers and close sales
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Excellent knowledge of local markets, industry and market trends
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Computer Literacy
