Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Representative located in Jakarta Area. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical information and support, and mainly generating sales leads. The role involves regular customer interaction, presenting and demonstrating product features, preparing proposals, and closing sales deals to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in digital solutions, web development, or IT services
  • Strong understanding of website development, digital marketing concepts, and web application technologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

Technical Knowledge:

  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, content management systems)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics
  • Knowledge of web application development processes and project management
  • Basic understanding of hosting, domain management, and website maintenance

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
