Your Title: Technical Sales Manager (Tekla)

What You Will Do

As a Field Sales Representative for Tekla Structures, you will be working with our customers to ensure their ongoing success and win business. You will liaise closely with existing customers and key account customers in the region, work to achieve sales targets, present Tekla Structures to prospects and manage a growing portfolio.

Your job will include you using your BIM (building information modelling) knowledge to understand our customer’s needs and pitch our products as suitable solutions for their project design, planning, and execution. Specific areas of focus will be maintaining and developing the Steel, Concrete and A&D segment business, increasing our footprint in Indonesia to improve market share and sales revenue, and identifying and developing relationships with industry influencers to create mindshare and generate demand for Tekla Solutions. You will:

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to support marketing revenue goals, focusing on new opportunities, sales pipelines, and overall revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tekla BIM customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Manage the negotiation, execution, and payment collection for BIM projects within the designated region.

  • Develop and refine industry development strategies to reach target customers and achieve sales targets.

  • Gather marketing information and create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

  • Expand your knowledge of BIM-related software and industry trends to offer professional consulting services to customers.

What Skills and Experience You Should Bring

  • Proven successful track record in New Logo Sales within the local construction industry.

  • Consistent delivery of revenue based targets.

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer is preferred.

  • Professional level Bahasa & English language skills.

  • Good analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellence and a high quality service.
