Job Description
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve the desired sales targets for the Jakarta region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads within the drainage and supply system sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
Technical Presentations and Training:- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct training sessions and seminars to educate stakeholders about product features, benefits, and applications.
- Provide ongoing technical support and expertise throughout the sales process
Market Assessment:- Perform comprehensive market assessments to understand market conditions, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze changing technical requirements and customer needs to adapt solutions and offerings.
- Gather insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments and market positioning.
Networking and Coordination:- Build and maintain a robust network with MEP consultants and contractors.
- Liaise with the Head of Sales and Sales Manager to address technical issues and ensure design intents are met.
- Use CRM tools to plan, document, and track all project-related activities.
Project Coordination and Design:- Coordinate project designs with the Design Hub, ensuring alignment with TDSI and NSEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively address and resolve project and product-related challenges to ensure successful project execution.
Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project statuses in CRM.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and project progress.
- Document technical requirements, customer feedback, and solutions for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Education: Diploma or a degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Architecture).
- Experience: 2-5 years in a technical sales role, preferably within the drainage and supply systems sector or related fields. Had experience as MEP Consultant will be preferable.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of drainage and supply systems, including product specifications and industry standards.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for planning and documenting project activities.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
