A leading procurement firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Purchasing Staff to manage procurement processes, establish vendor relationships, and maintain purchasing administration. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Vocational High School education and 1-2 years of relevant experience, alongside skills in communication and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Administration for Electrical & Automation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Understanding of tax regulations related to purchasing.

  • Conduct the procurement and procurement process for goods and services according to company needs.
  • Search for, select, and establish relationships with vendors/suppliers.
  • Create and manage purchasing administration such as Purchase Orders and contracts.

Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Minimum Vocational High School/High School Education

  • Understand the flow and procedures for purchasing goods and services.
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have strong analytical skills for data processing and problem solving
