Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur bancaire recherche un Chef de Projet pour diriger des projets de développement de systèmes bancaires. Vous serez responsable de la planification, du développement et de l'exécution de projets techniques tout en garantissant le respect des normes bancaires. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience, de solides compétences en gestion de projets et une expertise en systèmes informatiques bancaires.

Qualifications

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de développement logiciel, particulièrement dans le secteur bancaire.
• Connaissance des systèmes informatiques bancaires et des protocoles de sécurité.
• Certifications PMP, Scrum Master ou similaires sont préférées.

Responsibilities

• Planifier et coordonner les projets, définir portée, objectifs et livrables.
• Gérer le développement et la mise en œuvre des systèmes, résoudre les problèmes techniques.
• Fournir des mises à jour régulières aux parties prenantes sur l'avancement des projets.

Job Description

Lead project planning and coordination to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Manage and assist the project team during analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Jakarta and regional offices to ensure project objectives are met and aligned with regional standards and practices.

Provide technical direction and guidance to the project team to review and ensure all technical aspects adhere to best practices, standards, and bank policies.

Review and validate designs and technical documentation.

Identify risks during the project, assess/develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.

Handle project changes and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Ensure system development complies with company policies and banking regulations, meeting all quality standards.

Work with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Collaborate with the IT regional team in executing/supporting regional initiative rollouts.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, issues, or changes to timelines and scope.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software development projects, especially within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience managing web application development, system upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of banking IT systems, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Familiarity with SDLC and methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Proficiency in technologies like .NET, front-end/back-end development, API integration, DevOps.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar relational databases, including database design and querying.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
• Knowledge of low-code platforms like K2, M365 technologies including SharePoint and PowerApps is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
