Job description

Product Development & Engineering Support: Drive product development, offering engineering solutions and collaborating directly with customers on specifications for manufacturing projects.

Technical Marketing & Content Creation: Lead technical marketing efforts, translating complex features into clear customer benefits across presentations, documentation, and digital platforms like social media and the company website.

Brand & Campaign Management: Oversee company branding and marketing campaigns, developing materials that showcase technical capabilities and product advantages.

Technical Analysis & Sales Support: Conduct product evaluations and technical analysis to support sales, while also providing direct technical assistance to both the sales team and customers.

R&D Collaboration & Event Participation: Work closely with the R&D team on product development to ensure market alignment and represent the company at trade fairs with technical displays and demonstrations.

Requirements :

Education & Experience: You'll need a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or equivalent) with at least 3-5 years of combined technical and marketing experience. A minimum of 2 years of that experience should be specifically within the furniture or manufacturing industry.

Technical & Digital Proficiency: We're looking for strong proficiency in technical drawings, CAD software, and engineering documentation, alongside experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. You should also be comfortable with MS Excel, marketing software, and social media platforms.

Communication & Analytical Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.

Language & Industry Knowledge: Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. We also expect a creative mindset that can translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages, combined with knowledge of industry standards and market trends in the furniture/manufacturing sector.
