Job description

Lead the team in gathering requirements/information from the sales team.

Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards,

Provide coaching to technical staff.

Prepare and ensure the completeness of technical documentation.

Supervise engineering, design, and solution development processes.

Ensure compliance with national and international technical standards.

Conduct technical presentations to clients and related parties.

Monitor resource usage and project budget.

Identify technical risks and implement preventive solutions.

Act as the main liaison between the technical team and other divisions.

Contribute to the company’s Research & Development strategy.

Build a productive, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing medium to large-scale projects.

Experienced in project work, capable of preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and estimating project value.

Proficient in understanding technical documents, including SOPs and other supporting documents.

Skilled in creating technical plans and daily technical reports.

Strong communication skills with various departments.

Preferably experienced in water treatment, filtration, and related processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Able to make quick decisions and work under pressure.

Willing to travel for projects.

Possess a valid Class A driving license.
