KEY DETAILS OF THE ROLE

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta for a Technical Manager for Cybersecurity at Terrabyte Solusi Indonesia. The Technical Manager will be responsible for technical enablement and product management functions for our cybersecurity portfolio. This role combines deep technical leadership with strategic product sales management, including direct engagement with vendor principals, partners and end users. You will be responsible for driving product adoption, supporting channel partners, and maintaining strong relationships with cybersecurity vendors to ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive cybersecurity solution sales in Indonesia.
• Identify and engage potential clients, including enterprises, financial institutions, and government sectors.
• Provide technical expertise in cybersecurity solutions, including threat intelligence, endpoint security, cloud security, and network security.
• Manage relationships with vendors and align their roadmap to the company target for distribution and strategy.
• Work closely with internal technical teams and vendors to design and propose security solutions for customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase cybersecurity solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT security teams, and partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and competitive solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum experience of 3 years in Cybersecurity, especially in Security Validation / Data protection / Zero Trust Architecture / CTI & DRP / PAM & Security Hardening solutions
• Team Management and Project Management experience
• Proven ability to support channel partners, manage vendor relationships, and drive product adoption
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical enablement across diverse cybersecurity solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or IT Engineering
• Previous experience in a technical management role is preferred
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Able to work independently
