• 7+ years experience in managing diverse engineering teams.
• 12+ years total experience in software engineering, with experience at a high-growth company or startup a plus.
• Experience hiring and building world-class technology teams.
• Capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to manage time and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Keen seeker of feedback to help you and your team produce our best work.
• Be thoughtful, organized, and disciplined. You take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion.
