Job summary

PT GITS Indonesia seeks an implementation specialist with 1-3 years of system deployment experience, notably in DMS or SFA, based in Jakarta.

You will collaborate with distributor teams and project members, conduct end-to-end DMS training, support testing and QA, monitor the implementation, and assist data transfer at client sites. Willingness to travel is required.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery across desktop, web, and mobile projects as the company expands its mobile-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• 1-3 years of experience in system implementation.
• Experience with DMS or SFA implementations.
• Excellent communication with distributor and project teams.
• Willing to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist solution designers or business analysts in testing or QA.
• Monitor and support the DMS implementation process.
• Provide end-to-end training for DMS processes.
• Collaborate with distributor teams, project teams, and related units.
• Support data transfer and live preparations during go-live.
• Supervise user data entry during implementation.
