• Ensure all processes in the workshop are carried out according to standards, and that production runs smoothly
• Collect and analyze abnormal data and defective products, propose solutions, and continuously improve processes
• Responsible for debugging after the introduction of new materials, production of process documents, and approval of debugging reports.
• Ensure that the tooling and molds are in good condition and support the effective performance
• Complete product validation according to schedule, summarize experience and form a document for archiving
• Assist the workshop supervisor in controlling material consumption, focusing on cost reduction and waste management
• Analyze industry development trends

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical/ Physics/ Telecommunication/ Material/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Previous experience engaged in Process Engineer / Product Engineer
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin
