Job Description

• Ensure all processes in the workshop are carried out according to standards, and that production runs smoothly.
• Collect and analyze abnormal data and defective products, propose solutions, and continuously improve processes.
• Responsible for debugging after the introduction of new materials, production of process documents, and approval of debugging reports.
• Ensure that the tooling and molds are in good condition and support effective performance.
• Complete product validation according to schedule, summarize experience and form a document for archiving.
• Assist the workshop supervisor in controlling material consumption, focusing on cost reduction and waste management.
• Analyze industry development trends.

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Electrical/Physics/Telecommunication/Material/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Previous experience engaged in Process Engineer/Product Engineer.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good in English, preferably in Mandarin.
