Technical Engineer Pneumatic & Hydraulic

PT. Rafitama Millenial Wahyudi as a part of Nabel Sakha Group is an Indonesian leading company that specializes in the distributions of pneumatic and hydraulics component mostly used in the manufacturing sector.

We are looking for talented candidate with the following qualification:

Job Responsibilities:

- Field visit to check and collect customer technical specification data required by the customer.
- Explore the production process to find out the application of company products.
- Provide recommendations / alternative solutions for every customer.
- Create technical design of pneumatic & hydraulic for customer specific requirement.
- Provide technical support for sales team.
- Presenting product knowledge presentation to customer.
- Coordinate with the principle for up to date products and knowledge.
- Follow up service calls due to customer complaints and coordinate with the principle to follow up the non-receipt of goods if any.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in pneumatic & hydraulic industry min 2 years (Fresh graduate are welcome).
- Having ability in operation 2D & 3D design software and have technical knowledge.
- Having good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Able to drive a car and having driver license (SIM A).
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
