Technical Consultant / Programmer Apex - Salesforce CRM Software & Application

Technical Consultant / Developer / Programmer Apex - Salesforce CRM Software & Application:

Designing Salesforce CRM software solutions tailored to customer needs.

Serving as an advisor for software deployment, implementation, and integrations.

Developing and implementing technical specifications for Salesforce CRM software.

Managing implementation from proposal to delivery.

Main Duties:

• Support the implementation process from proposal to delivery.
• Build Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce to meet documented business requirements and conform to design specifications.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.
• Develop in Visualforce, Apex, and other technologies to create customized solutions supporting business requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Apex code, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and LWC.
• Follow solid Apex coding practices and collaborate with the development team for peer reviews.
• Create or modify controllers, controller extensions, and triggers across platforms.
• Ensure timely delivery of development tasks and adherence to project timelines.
• Work with cross-functional IT and business teams to architect, design, and develop solutions based on business requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in design, implementation, processes, tooling, automated testing, and SQA.
• Create and execute unit and integration test plans, including writing test cases, creating test data, and documenting results.
• Ensure functionality delivery according to the scope of work (SOW), communicate deviations to project leadership.
• Follow all project SOPs related to time reporting, DevOps, status reporting, and ticketing systems.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years old.
• Must attach a recent photograph.
• At least 2+ years of Salesforce development experience as a Developer/Programmer.
• Salesforce Developer or Architect Certification is a plus.
• Proven knowledge and practical experience with Visualforce, Apex, and Web Services.
• Experience with Lightning components, SOQL/SQL, and understanding of RDBMS concepts.
• Experience with database software, PaaS solutions, Salesforce integrations, and SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST, HTTP).
• Strong understanding of data types, algorithms, object-oriented programming.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).
• Willing to work in West Jakarta (Meruya & Puri) and at customer offices.
