Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Tester/QA to offer pre-sales support and conduct SIT and UAT in Jakarta. Ideal candidates will have a D3 in Information Technology, testing experience, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Fresh graduates with adequate experience are encouraged to apply. This role involves post-sales support for production issues and requires strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in Information Technology or related field required.
• Experience as Tester/QA is essential.
• Knowledge of Cash Recycling Machine/ATM is a plus.

• Provide pre-sales technical support such as POC and Demo.
• Conduct SIT and provide UAT support in Customer premises.
• Provide post-sales support related to production issue analysis.

Job description

• Provide pre-sales technical support such as POC and Demo
• Gather and build requirement documentation (FSD) from customer for Application Change Request or Enhancement
• Generate Test Script based on FSD.
• Conduct SIT and provide UAT support in Customer premises.
• Produce SIT and UAT Report.
• Create Master Image and Patch Release for implementation.
• Provide support for Pilot activity and review.
• Provide Post-sales support related to Production issue analysis and Bug Fix testing.

JobRequirements :

• Education Background : Min, D3, Information technology or related field.
• Have experience as Tester / QA
• Have knowledge on Cash Recycling Machine/ ATM is a plus.
• Have knowledge on software/application testing.
• Have knowledge on making documentation of specification (FSD) and test script.
• Have knowledge on programming (basic skill) is a plus.
• Fresh Graduate with adequate experience is encourage to apply.
• Language competency : Bahasa Indonesia and English
