Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Tester/QA to join their team in Jakarta. This role involves providing critical pre-sales technical support, generating test scripts, and conducting system integration testing. You will also support post-sales activities and production issue analysis. Ideal candidates will have a background in Information Technology and experience in software/application testing. Qualifications

• Min D3 in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience as Tester/QA and knowledge of software testing is essential.

Job description

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide pre-sales technical support such as POC and Demo.
2. Gather and build requirement documentation (FSD) from customer for Application Change Request or Enhancement.
3. Generate Test Script based on FSD.
4. Conduct SIT and provide UAT support in Customer premises.
5. Produce SIT and UAT Report.
6. Create Master Image and Patch Release for implementation.
7. Provide support for Pilot activity and review.
8. Provide Post-sales support related to Production issue analysis and Bug Fix testing.

Job Requirements:

• Education Background: Min, D3, Information technology or related field.
• Have experience as Tester / QA.
• Have knowledge on Cash Recycling Machine/ ATM is a plus.
• Have knowledge on software/application testing.
• Have knowledge on making documentation of specification (FSD) and test script.
• Have knowledge on programming (basic skill) is a plus.
• Good customer service communication skill.
• Fresh Graduates with adequate experience are encouraged to apply.
• Language competency: Bahasa Indonesia and English.
