Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced software development lead in Semarang to design and implement IT solutions for a global enterprise. You will mentor the development team and work with PMs and QA to ensure high-quality delivery.

The role requires ASP.NET MVC expertise, strong front-end skills, and experience steering projects from planning to deployment in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing web applications with ASP.NET or ASP.NET MVC.
• Understand modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experienced in managing projects related to software/application implementation.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team to design and develop IT solutions that meet customer expectations in quality, timeliness and cost.
• Supervise, motivate and train the development team.
• Provide consultancy services to customers on technical requirements and be responsible for design and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project plans identifying time, resources and cost estimates.
• Develop front-end (handheld device) and back-end (office) applications for foreign global enterprise company.
• Travel to foreign customer site to conduct functional workshop.
• In charge of performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project development team and co-work with Project Manager, Software Engineer and Quality Assurance team for project development and system architecture.
• Lead a development team to design and develop IT solutions that meet customer expectations in quality, timeliness and cost.
• Responsible to supervise, motivate and train the development team.
• Provide consultancy services to customers on technical requirements and be responsible for design and technical specifications.

• Understand the internal work flow of foreign global enterprise company, use our self-developed IDE tools for quick development and deployment.
• Travel to foreign customer site to conduct functional workshop.
• In charge of performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any related field
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing web applications ASP.NET or ASP.NET MVC framework
• Understand modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experienced in managing projects related to software/application implementation
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
