Responsible for budgeting, creating daily and monthly work plans, coordinating and organizing the distribution of manpower, heavy equipment, and vehicles based on needs, as well as monitoring all repairs conducted.
Job Description:
- Create a budget based on field conditions and the estimated treatment plan for the upcoming year.
- Develop a monthly work plan and determine necessary materials based on the workshop work program.
- Prepare a daily work plan based on the monthly plan and current conditions and needs.
- Submit a monthly plan for operational workshop funds.
- Create a machine maintenance schedule (SPM) based on machine operating hours to ensure normal operation.
- Coordinate with foremen, mechanics, and clerks to ensure the daily work plan (RKH) is implemented according to targets.
- Ensure all necessary labor and tools are available for all activities.
- Organize the distribution of manpower, heavy equipment, and vehicles to optimize repair work.
- Request and ensure timely availability of workshop materials, ensuring they are appropriate.
- Monitor repairs performed by third-party technicians and ensure repaired equipment is operational.
- Verify the accuracy of spare parts repaired or replaced by third parties and ensure proper return of used spare parts as per company policy.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Assistant in a Palm Oil Plantation.
- Skills required: Overhaul of Heavy Equipment, Dump Trucks, Excavators, etc.
- Willing to be stationed in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.
