Job summary

A leading company seeks a Technical Antenna Engineer to ensure product quality and manage technical adaptations. You will lead integration projects, address quality discrepancies, and provide solutions for customer complaints. Ideal candidates have a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering and relevant technical experience.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering required.
• Experience in technical engineering, quality inspection/control, and engineering/project management preferred.
• Skills in AutoCAD and proficiency in English and Indonesian are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage local adaptation and ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Provide technical solutions for customer complaints and lead integration of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Position: Technical Antenna Engineer - 009GG2

Mission

(Why the position exists)

• To manage technically the local adaptation.
• To ensure that the product quality conforms to specifications and standards.
• To be the main contact for local adaptation purposes.
• To be the guarantor for local adaptation requirements.

Expected Contributions

• Follow-up on technical management, such as product evolution.
• Provide technical solutions in case of customer complaints.
• Lead the integration of new equipment based on specifications from Marketing and related activities.
• Ensure that any discrepancies in equipment quality are addressed to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that delivered equipment conforms to specifications and standards.
• Ensure activities and equipment comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements (e.g., ROHS).

Qualifications

Requirements

• Education: S1 graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering.
• Job-related Experience: Technical engineering, quality inspection/control, engineering/project management, production assembly, panel design.
• Business Understanding: Technical background, industrialization skills, 5S/SPS principles, Front Office bridge (bFO), logistics, product management, quality know-how, equipment management and knowledge, manufacturing process standards, inspection and testing standards, specifications (IEC, NEMA, ANSI).

Other Skills: Proficiency in English and Indonesian, AutoCAD, electro-mechanical skills, communication skills, QSHE knowledge, computer skills (including MS Office).
