Job summary

Le candidat idéal aura une formation en ingénierie mécanique ou mécatronique et sera à l'aise avec des normes de qualité strictes. Qualifications

• Formation de niveau S1 en ingénierie mécanique ou mécatronique.
• Expérience en contrôle qualité, gestion de projets et assemblage de production.
• Compétences en gestion de la qualité et des équipements.

Responsibilities

• Gérer l'adaptation locale des produits.
• Fournir des solutions techniques en cas de plaintes clients.
• Intégrer de nouveaux équipements conformément aux spécifications.

Job description

MISSION

(Why the position exists)

• To manage technically the Local Adaptation.
• To ensure that the quality of the product conforms to specifications and standards.
• To be the main correspondent for local adaptation purposes.
• To be the warrant for local adaptation requirements.

(What are the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)

• Follow-up on technical management, such as product evolution.
• Provide technical solutions in case of customer complaints.
• Lead the integration of new equipment based on specifications from Marketing and related activities.
• Ensure that any discrepancies in equipment quality are followed up to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure that the equipment quality delivered to customers conforms to specifications and standards.
• Ensure that activities and equipment products comply with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements (e.g., ROHS).

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

S1 Graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.

Job-Related Experience:

Technical Engineer, Quality Inspection/Control, Engineering/Project Management, Production Assembly, Panel Designer.

Business Understanding:

Technical background, industrialization skills, 5S/SPS principles, Front Office Bridge (bFO) usage, logistics, industrial aspects, product management, quality know-how, equipment management, equipment knowledge, understanding of manufacturing process standards, inspection and testing standards, standards of specifications (IEC, NEMA, ANSI).

Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):

Proficiency in English and Indonesian, AutoCAD, electromechanical skills, communication skills, QSHE knowledge, computer skills (including MS Office).
