Are you someone who enjoys solving problems and making things run smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team and help support a dynamic client in the vacation rental industry. You’ll play a key role in investigating technical and data issues thoroughly, supporting users, and providing solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Solving Technical Issues: Dive into technical and data-related issues reported by users or internal teams. You’ll dig into problems, replicate them, and find out what’s really going on — then provide clear solutions, ideas, or requirements to help the development or other team to implement the solution.

Keeping Records Clear: You’ll document what you do, how you do it, and what you learn along the way, so everyone can benefit from it.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to share insights, test ideas, and solve issues faster — together!

What You Bring:

A Curious Mind: You love to figure things out, analyze problems, and think critically.

Clear Communication (in both English and Bahasa Indonesia): You're comfortable explaining technical things to non-technical people — both in writing and speaking.

Tech Savvy: You’ve got experience with SQL, APIs, and Google Workspace. Experience with Python, PHP, or AWS is a bonus!

Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and sharing knowledge.

Organized Approach: You’re good at keeping track of what you’ve done and documenting it clearly.

Your Background:

A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another technical field.

At least 1 year of experience in tech support, software development, QA/testing, SaaS, or a similar field.

You’re a natural problem-solver who loves to learn and take initiative.
