Job Description:

Our client, a leading U.S.-based company specializing in construction and building products, is renowned for its extensive and innovative product range.

Oversee and ensure the efficiency of lab operations and testing procedures.

Present and demonstrate GCP products and applications to consultants and architects.

Address and resolve cement-related issues at batching plants and job sites, offering technical advice and solutions.

Foster strong relationships with customers, particularly with Technical Managers, QC Managers, and Optimization Managers.

Anticipate and analyze changes in market needs for cement and materials, and prepare for necessary developments.

Deliver product and cement training to both commercial teams and customers.

Ensure that both existing and new products meet customer and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in the cement industry, with expertise in concrete technology and field troubleshooting.

Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Capable of working independently, with a self-driven approach and a positive attitude.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Fluency in English is an additional advantage.
