You are

You will

  • Be responsible for the operation of the resort's equipment, materials and infrastructure (300 to 1500 people)
  • Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors of around 20 people
  • Manage preventive and curative operations for equipment and propose technical improvements or solutions
  • Evaluate the costs of maintenance work and be responsible for the validation and qualification procedures for equipment
  • Prevent operating incidents and monitor technology
  • Manage your budget and guarantee the economic results of the service
  • Apply and respect Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
  • Maintain good relations with the authorities, owners, safety commissions
  • Unite and motivate the teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
