Tech PMO Governance

Job Responsibilities

• 8 years of experience in project management/strategy/analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or another quantitative discipline
• Becoming stakeholder's (management & employee) point of contact in relation to project initiatives
• Act as change agent to promote smooth execution of project initiatives
• Assist PMO and manage the project/program execution in accordance with the PMO principle guidance
• Review and comment on project team, vendor and consultant reports and deliverables to ensure quality against the project and management expectations
• Manage project's stakeholder expectations in terms of time schedule, cost/budget (financial model), resource allocation and project outcome
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Visualize overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to collect and analyze different kinds of data ranging from financial, performance, and user/product metrics to support strategic corporate initiatives
• Coordinate the development of SOP, manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new projects
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects
