Job summary

The role requires strong Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx expertise, excellent leadership and stakeholder management, and a track record of coaching teams and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in data analytics, technology delivery, production support, or operations management.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, and enterprise data platforms, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Proven experience managing BAU operations, incident and problem management, service governance, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
