Team Leader Technical Consultant - IT Solution - FSI

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead pre-sales initiatives for an IT solution, focusing on debit card, credit card, and switching application implementations for banking clients.
2. Collaborate with sales teams to analyze client requirements and propose customized technical solutions that align with business goals.
3. Develop and deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to effectively illustrate the value of proposed solutions.
4. Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the sales process, translating complex business needs into actionable technical strategies.
5. Prepare comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including detailed technical specifications and implementation plans.
6. Conduct client workshops and technical discussions to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends in banking technology and payment systems to maintain a competitive edge in solution offerings.
8. Coordinate with engineering teams to facilitate a seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation phases.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Developer Engineering or IT.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant, with demonstrated expertise in debit card, credit card, and switching applications within the banking sector.
3. Strong understanding of BFSI sector processes and technologies, particularly in payment systems.
4. Experience leading teams and managing client relationships effectively.
