Represent the company’s product and services on the ground.
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement a territory action plan through strategic and effective direct sales and marketing approaches via phone calls, webinars, live presentations, and potential on-site visits with new and existing clients.
Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and discuss opportunities for future business deals.
Attend local networking groups and opportunities to build relationships with clients while maintaining the team.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a similar position as a Sales Hotel/Villa Hotel/Travel Agent.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hotel/Hospitality Management.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Well-groomed, outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills.
Strong integrity and positive attitude.
Target-oriented.
Good analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
