• Monitoring all team member's KPI Performance.
• Controlling agents' performance to maintain and achieve the KPI's target.
• Giving coaching and motivation to team members related to anything needed.
• Responsible for the operational Issue, performance floor, raised issue to Leads.
• Provide reports to the Leads related to daily activities.
• Follow up & resolve cases that are received in Chat & Email.
• Create and handle projects that are related to operational improvement.
