Genesis Global Community School is looking for Teacher Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Primary Teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom activities.
2. Help with classroom management, maintaining an orderly and focused learning environment.
3. Support the teacher with tracking student progress and maintaining student records.
4. Assist in setting up and organizing classroom displays, bulletin boards, and learning stations.
5. Collaborate with other staff members to contribute to a well-rounded education program.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in English Literature, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
4. Patience and empathy when working with young learners.
5. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
6. Previous experience working with children is a plus.
