• Teach inspiring, challenging and enjoyable lessons
• Ensure that every student receives suitable academic challenge in every lesson and makes progress
• Work with other colleagues to constantly share, reflect and improve on classroom practice
• Follow the curriculum designed by the school and work with other colleagues to develop the curriculum
• Regularly assess students’ work and provide high quality feedback and report regularly and in detail to parents
• Enhance students’ moral, social and personal development through their lessons
• Identify individual learning needs and work with other staff to support these as required
