PT Futuria Karya Anak Bangsa is seeking a Tax Supervisor to oversee the company's tax compliance, reporting, and administration in Indonesia. You will lead the tax team and collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
The role requires 3–5 years in taxation, strong knowledge of PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, and related processes, and proficiency with Coretax and DJP systems. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential to minimize tax risk.
As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the company’s tax compliance, reporting, and administration are accurate, timely, and aligned with applicable Indonesian tax regulations, while minimizing tax risks and supporting business needs.
Supervise and ensure accurate and timely tax calculations, payments, and filings, including PPh, PPN, SPT Masa, and SPT Tahunan.
Review and monitor tax administration, including e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, and other tax-related documentation.
Perform tax reconciliation with accounting records and financial statements and resolve discrepancies or potential tax risks.
Coordinate tax audits, assessments, and reviews, including preparing supporting documents and liaising with tax consultants and tax authorities.
Provide tax analysis, advice, and recommendations to support business decisions and minimize tax exposure.
Monitor changes in Indonesian tax regulations and ensure proper implementation within the company.
Supervise the tax team and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to ensure effective tax processes and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in taxation, with at least 1–2 years in a Senior/Supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, SPT Masa, and SPT Tahunan.
Proficient in Coretax, DJP systems, Microsoft Excel, and preferably familiar with ERP/accounting systems.
Experience in handling tax audits, tax assessments, reconciliation, and tax reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with high attention to detail.
Brevet A & B certification is preferred, with high integrity, accountability, and the ability to work under deadlines.
