Sailun Group is seeking a Tax Specialist to manage all tax matters in Indonesia and ensure full regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

The role requires coordinating with headquarters, liaising with tax authorities for incentives or refunds, and driving implementation of tax rules and information systems across local operations. English is mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional tax experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Experience in tax matters and within the automotive trading industry is a plus.
• Experience with launching a tax information system is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Work independently to resolve tax-related issues and take full ownership of local tax compliance.
• Proactively collaborate with business operations teams to advise on optimal business models from a tax efficiency perspective, including but not limited to contract reviews, business model structuring, logistics flows, and invoice issuance.
• Liaise with tax authorities and other relevant administrations to apply for tax incentives or refunds where applicable, supporting business development across Indonesia.
• Actively participate in the development of Indonesia's tax information system and the configuration of tax rules.
• Report local tax matters and issues regularly to the headquarters tax team.
