Job summary

PT Cahaya Samoedera Bersaudara is seeking a tax professional to lead planning, compliance, and coordination for the Group's tax matters in Jakarta. The role involves implementing strategies, ensuring regulatory updates are cascaded, and liaising with the Finance Department and government agencies.

The position covers handling tax returns, archiving tax documents, and coordinating with external advisers such as PWC or EY. Additional CFO-assigned duties may apply.

Responsibilities

• Tax planning strategies development and execution for the group of companies.
• Ensure timely cascade of new revenue regulations for full compliance.
• Lead and coordinate with Finance Department for tax audit compliance and notices.
• Coordinate administratively with DGT and other government agencies for all tax matters.
• Compute and file company tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, DST, etc.).
• Filing, collating, and archiving tax documents for assigned OpCos.
• Coordinate with outsourced services (PWC, EY, etc.) on tax matters.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by CFO.
