Job summary

Holistic Yoga School and Community in Bali is seeking a tax assistant to support preparation of corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns. You will gather financial data from clients and internal departments to ensure accurate filings.

You will conduct basic tax research, prepare reports on tax law developments, and help senior team members analyze the implications of business transactions. The role also involves coordinating with clients, meeting deadlines, and maintaining organized

Responsibilities

• Prepare working papers and tax filings for review by supervisor tax staff
• Conduct basic tax research on various issues (e.g., tax law changes, deductions, credits)
• Prepare reports on tax law developments and summarize their impact
• Support senior team members in analyzing implications of business transactions or financial strategies
• Help respond to inquiries from clients regarding tax-related issues
• Communicate effectively with clients to collect required information for tax filings
• Monitor tax deadlines to ensure timely filing and avoid penalties
• Maintain accurate and organized records of tax filings, documents, and correspondence
• Assist supervisor tax staff to compile tax data for equalization for annual tax reporting
• Assist HR Department to obtain information about making TAX ID for Foreigner
