Job summary

A leading ice cream company is seeking a Taxation Specialist to manage tax calculations and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, at least 1 year of experience, and proficiency in Coretax software. Overview

• Review the company’s tax calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Consolidate and review all tax filings from subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of fiscal reports and ensure their accuracy.
• Review and help manage data clarification, as well as respond to tax notices and audits.
• Monitor updates and changes in tax regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the taxation field.
• Proficient in using tax applications such as Coretax.
• Solid understanding of key tax types including Income Tax (PPh), Value-Added Tax (VAT/PPN), and local tax administration.
• Detail-oriented, honest, able to work under pressure, and demonstrates a high level of responsibility and data integrity.
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
