About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Staff to join our team at PT NX LEMO INDONESIA LOGISTIK in East Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's taxation compliance and strategy.

As a Tax Staff, you will be responsible for a wide range of tax-related tasks, ensuring that our company remains compliant with all relevant tax laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the financial success and growth of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and file accurate tax returns and other tax-related documentation in a timely manner
  2. Preparing tax payment and reporting WHT article 21, 23, 4 (2), and final Income Tax (PPh) for the construction services
  3. Reconcile taxes between WHT with general ledger every month
  4. Conduct research and analysis to ensure our tax planning and compliance strategies are up-to-date and effective
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external tax authorities to address any tax-related inquiries or issues
  6. Assist in the implementation of new tax policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
  7. Participate in the preparation of financial reports and provide tax-related insights to support strategic decision-making
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively identify opportunities for tax savings or improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum have a year in job related experiences
  3. Hold Brevet A & B certification
  4. Deep understanding of Indonesia taxation regulations and treatments
  5. Able to manage large datasets in Microsoft Excel with various functions and formulas
  6. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address tax-related issues
  8. Proficient in the use of tax preparation software and other relevant technology tools
  9. Willing to be placed in Cakung, Jakarta Timur
