Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Tax Specialist Staff located in Ciracas, East Jakarta & South Jakarta. You will work in the Team Finance & Accounting, supervising accurate monthly tax reporting and preparing management tax reports.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in tax, at least 10 years of experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills. The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Tax Specialist.
• Hold Tax Brevet A and B certifications.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, reconciliation, journal entry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise monthly tax reporting.
• Prepare monthly management tax reports.
• Coordinate with East Jakarta Tax Office.

Job description

Tax Specialist Staff will be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta & South Jakarta. As a Tax Specialist Staff, you will be working together in the Team Finance & Accounting (team F&A).

Qualifications:

1. Minimum bachelor degree, majoring in tax
2. Min. 10 years experience as Tax Specialist
3. Have Tax Brevet A and B certifications and good knowledge of tax regulations and laws
4. Have strong knowledge of accounting & tax, reconciliation, journal entry, and other such financial transactions
5. Good analytical, leadership skill and interpersonal skills
6. Advance level of Ms.Excel
7. Minimum passive in English

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure accurate and timely monthly tax reporting
• Prepare comprehensive monthly management tax reports (tax planning, tax compliance, tax advisory, tax audit and evaluate tax matters)
• Oversee all internal and client communication in relation to all tax issue
• Coordination with East Jakarta Tax Office
