We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Tax Specialist to join our team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing tax compliance, preparing tax payments, handling tax inquiries, and ensuring accurate tax reporting for the company. Focus on meticulous record-keeping, adherence to regulations, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
  • Required certifications: Tax Brevet, Brevet A & B.
  • At least 3 year of relevant work experience in taxation or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Experience in creating tax payment budgets and managing tax payment records.
  • Experience in preparing and uploading withholding certificates for PPh to DJP Online.
  • Ability to compile income tax summaries for reconciliation.
  • Experience in journalizing tax payments.
  • Ability to archive tax documents and assist in the preparation of the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return (SPT Badan Tahunan).
  • Experience in assisting with tax audits and preparing necessary documentation related to PPh.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills to respond to tax-related inquiries.
